Subscriber Benefits
There are many benefits to being a subscriber at CMS. If you have questions about any of the items listed below, call our Audience & Ticketing Services team at 212-875-5788 or email info@chambermusicsociety.org.
Free Digital Encores for your performances
Within two weeks of an Alice Tully Hall performance or twelve hours of a Rose Studio performance, you'll be able to stream that concert online for free. For Alice Tully Hall performances and Inside Chamber Music lectures, visit your online account to view. Otherwise, visit our Watch & Listen section to view the latest livestreams.
Easy ticket exchanges
Ticket exchanges are easy and convenient! If you can’t attend a concert, return your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the event and we will arrange an exchange. Please note that tickets received after the performance cannot be exchanged. If your plans are not yet confirmed, you don’t need to specify a new date when exchanging your original tickets—you can select your new date when it is convenient for you. Original tickets must be returned to us, unless otherwise specified.
If you are exchanging into a more expensive section or concert, you will be charged the difference in price. Any special offers used for the initial purchase will not apply.
Tickets cannot be exchanged into future seasons and the ticket exchange credit will expire at the end of the season.
Please note select concerts are not available to request on exchange. All concerts pending availability. CMS360 Subscribers are limited to 2 exchanges.
Save 15% on additional tickets
Other organizations may limit your savings opportunities to a specific period, but at CMS you always save on additional tickets. Purchase single tickets to performances throughout the season at a special subscriber discount of 15% off. To receive this discount, please mention that you are a subscriber when you call the CMS Ticketing Office (212-875-5788) or log in to your account on our website.
Effortless replacement tickets
Lost tickets are easily and quickly replaced. Call our Ticketing Office prior to the concert or stop by the Patron Window once you’re at the concert. We can also transfer tickets to your friends at the last minute if needed.
Tax-deductible ticket donation
Can’t use your tickets? Don’t let them go to waste. Ticket donations are tax-deductible. To donate tickets, please return your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the concert so that we can make your tickets available to another music lover.
In order to process your ticket donation, we ask that you return your tickets to our office:
